VQS is an incorporated club and registered with Consumer Affairs Victoria. VQS is also proudly affiliated with Remote Control Racing Australia (RCRA), the governing body for RC Model Car Racing in this country.

VQS is located inside Avalon Raceway @ 210 Old Melbourne Road in Lara Victoria. Track is also known as "Little Avalon Raceway"
